Terms & Conditions
We at Excel Limousine strive to keep our vehicles in top condition and it is of the utmost importance that all of our clients and guests act in a responsible manner to preserve the condition of our vehicles. The client is assuming full responsibility for his/her guests in every aspect of this agreement. This includes damage to the vehicle or property caused by the client and/or guests whether by accident, neglect or intent. A fee may be assessed in some cases (see additional regulations & fees below).
Client also assumes responsibility for any overtime fees, and authorizes credit card charges to be made to the credit card on file to cover these costs and any other charges due or assessed at the end of the event. Neither Excel Limousine nor the chauffeurs assigned to your event are responsible for articles left in the vehicle at any time. We reserve the right to refuse service, and the chauffeur may terminate the charter at anytime without refund should he/she deem that the client and/or guests are being unruly, committing illegal acts or are interfering with the safe operation of the vehicle. Our company assumes no liability for illegal acts committed by either the client and/or guests during the charter. Our company cannot be held responsible for delays due to traffic, unknown/unforeseen mechanical failures or any occurrences deemed an “Act of God”. In the event of vehicle breakdown or other circumstances, Excel Limousine reserves the right to substitute equipment of equal or greater value, and or the services of an affiliate carrier to perform contracted service.
We do allow alcohol in our limousines. However under age alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited . Everyone consuming alcohol in our limousines must be at least 21 years of age and have proper identification. The chauffeur will check identification if necessary.
Proms or underage rentals: Absolutely no alcohol is allowed. If anyone is found to be in possession of (or we suspect that they are consuming) alcohol the charter will terminate immediately without a refund. The chauffeur reserves the right to search all bags.
Additional Regulations & Fees:
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the vehicles. We will terminate the charter and assess a $250.00 fee for each occurrence of smoking in any of our vehicles. Please let the driver know if you need to stop at any time to allow for smoking outside of the vehicle. • We do not allow Body Glitter or Silly String inside our vehicles. We will charge a $50-$200.00 clean-up fee depending on the time required to clean & detail the vehicle. • Food is not allowed in our vehicles. Many types of food items can be difficult to clean up after. If food is found in the vehicle we will charge a $50-$200.00 clean-up fee depending on the time required to clean & detail the vehicle. • If someone becomes ill during the event, please notify the driver immediately. In the event that someone becomes sick inside of the vehicle, the charter will terminate immediately and there will be a minimum $250.00 clean-up fee due to the need for more intensive carpet cleaning, professional steam cleaning etc. • If there is damage caused by the client or guests, the client will be responsible for full repair costs and any lost revenue for that vehicle while it is being repaired.
Payment Terms:
• We accept cash or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover). If paying by cash, we still require a credit card on file to cover any fines or fees that may be assessed. • A non-refundable down payment of $250.00 is payable at the time of reservation. Payment of the balance is due prior to the start of the event. If reservation is less than $250 then the bill is due in full at time of reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
We require at least 14 days notice for cancellations. If Cancellations are received less than 14 days prior to the event, the entire bill will be due in full. No exceptions!
Airport Transportation: We will accept cancellations without a charge, up to 72 hours before the scheduled pick-up time or If flight is cancelled by the airline. If cancellation is received with less than 72 hours notice the entire bill will be due in full.
No Shows:
• A fee equal to the fare, wait time and chauffeur gratuity, will be charged when the client does not show at the pre-arranged pick-up location. |
